Chapters 42-17.1, 42-17.6, 20-1-2, 20-1-4, 20-3-2 thru 20-3-6, 20-4 thru 20-10, and in accordance with 42-35-18(b)(5), of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956, as amended.

Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this filing is to terminate the scup aggregate program, to set the commercial scup possession lmit at 1,000 pounds per vessel per day, and to increase the summer flounder possesion limit to 2,000 pounds per vessel per week for those permitted for the aggregate program and 200 pounds per vessel per day for those not permitted.
